How To Find Us

The museum is located at 1020 Lowry Mall, on the garden (ground) level of Ellis Library at the University of Missouri, Columbia. Entrances include an accessible east door that faces Memorial Union/Hitt Street, a north door directly off Lowry Mall, and a door from inside the library located at the base of the stairs across from the circulation desk.  The Museum's exhibit galleries are located directly across from the Hitt St. entrance foyer.

The Museum of Anthropology’s main office is in Rm 1 (next to the Lowry Mall door).

Please note: Another of MU's museums is also located in this space - it is also free and open to the public the same hours that we are. The museum shop is shared and is across the hall from the main office.
